2019第五届上海·亚洲平面设计双年展，将再次向人们展示21世纪亚洲平面设计的最新状况。
主办方希望通过本次活动，能再次为各国各地区的视觉传达设计界和设计教育界的精英们提供一个使用图形语言进行传播、碰撞、交融的平台，为未来的设计师和设计教育家们播下学习、传承和借鉴的种子。
期待上海，中国现代设计的发源地不断地迎来含苞欲放的新生花朵。
本次双年展将先后在上海和台湾展出。

参赛细则
本届双年展分两个展项：
1 以“播”为主题设计图形海报
本展向来自亚洲各个国家和地区的设计师和相关爱好者征集主题为“播”或者相关主题的图形设计作品，以海报形式呈现。
2 自由主题海报
主题不限定，有一定正面意义，图形形式感强。
征集作品及要求：
1.本次展览征集作品的内容需健康向上，不得侵犯各国文化或道德规范以及必须符合本届双年展作品主题的平面设计作品。
2.每件参展作品的电子文档技术参数：作品幅面60X90CM，像素精度150dpi以上，CMYK，文件格式为JPG格式（用于作品打印）；同时递交预览文件RGB格式, 文件大小不超过2M(用于线上展示)，如果对印刷有特殊要求的，可以自行印刷邮寄给组委会。
3.每位作者最多只能提交三件作品（系列作品算一件）。
4.线上投稿截止日为2019年10月25日，下载报名表格（可点击阅读原文）http://www.sagdshanghai.org/s/19-SAGD.docx 同作品一起提交，投稿邮件: sagd2019@126.com；入选作品将在11月20日后在官方网页和相关媒体公布，并通知作者。
5.作品评选及展览不收取任何费用

The 5th Shanghai Biennial of Asia Graphic Design 2019
The 5th Shanghai Biennial of Asia Graphic Design 2019 tends to present the latest progress of Asian graphic design. The theme of Shanghai Biennial is “BO”, whose meaning in Chinese is to seed, spread, distribute, and scatter. We look forward to providing a platform of the collision, blend of wisdom and smart intelligence with the graphic language for the excellent designers around the world, in order to share their unique understanding of the theme, to spread their wisdom, and most importantly to inspire the future/junior designers with the novel ideas and design cultural inheritance. We expect the future/junior designers devote themselves to the graphic design.
The 5th Shanghai Biennial of Asia Graphic Design 2019 will be exhibited in Shanghai and Taiwan, respectively.
Two themes:
The 5th Shanghai Biennial of Asia Graphic Design 2019 contains two exhibitions. The theme of each exhibition is shown in the following:
1. BO
The graphic design exhibition will collect the outstanding theme-related posters from designers around Asia to bring their forth-new understandings for the theme.
2. Free theme poster
There is no limit to the themes, but it should be with positive sense and strong graphic form.
Rules and Regulations：
1. The work should NOT offend against diverse cultures of all Asia countries or should NOT be immoralism. The work SHOULD be positive theme-related.
2. Submit files of works: 60X90cm in size*, more than 150 dpi, JPEG, a colour model CMYK for printing. RGB, NO MORE THAN 2MB for presentation online.
* If the participant requires the special size for the work, please print and post it to the Organizing Committee.
3. Each applicant is allowed to submit at most THREE works. (Serial work counts for one).
4. The deadline for online submission is 25th . Oct 2019. Please find the application form at http://www.sagdshanghai.org/. Please send the application form along with the files of work to sagd2017@126.com；The accepted participants will be contacted after 20th. Nov 2019 and the work will be presented on the official web and related media.
5. No application fee.
