大 赛 简 介
一、大赛目的：
进一步提升领带服饰产品的花型设计创新能力，加强服饰时尚的国际合作交流，发扬传承优秀服饰文化，培养发掘优秀设计人才，促进服饰经济健康发展。
1.Purpose of the competition
The aim of this competition is to promote accessory develping smoothly by enhancing necktie,accessory design creative ability and strengthen the international cooperation in the field of fashion.
二、大赛主题：《包容》
2.Subject of Competition:Inclusiveness
三、大赛内容：
真丝服饰产品的面料花型设计，范围包括领带、丝巾、家用纺织品三类产品。
3.Competition contents：Designs for silk garment products including necktie,scarf and home textile
作 品 要 求
1.参赛作品设计稿须以纸稿形式参赛，设计作品须手绘或打印在纸稿上，以光盘、电子邮件等其他形式参赛的作品无效。
2.作品稿件不允许裱装在KT板上，通过KT板装饰参赛的作品无效。
3.设计作品须是设计者原创作品，出现抄袭、模仿等涉及著作权纠纷稿件，取消参赛资格，由此引起的法律后果由参赛者自负。
4.设计稿可以组稿形式参赛，组稿限在4款作品以内。
5.设计稿应围绕大赛主题，抓住服饰产品包含万物，有容乃大的特点，体现服饰时尚特色。可在领带、丝巾、家纺三个类别上选择其中之一或全部，进行面料花型（样）图案设计。设计稿须注明设计的类别。
6.画稿尺寸要求：投递稿件尺寸不得大于52㎝×35㎝，设计者根据领带、丝巾、家纺不同类别的设计需要，在该尺寸范围内进行花型图案设计。画稿背面下载粘贴或自制15㎝×9㎝参赛者登记表格，要注明：姓名、性别、身份证号、出生年月、职业、单位、地址、邮编、电话、QQ号、作品名称、设计创意说明等（可以登录www.chinatie.com“中国领带在线”下载参赛登记表格）。
- Requirement for the works
(1).All the design works for competition must be shown in paper,drawn by hand or typed on paper.Any other forms such as disk or email is useless.
(2).Any design for competition must not be pasted on KT board.If any, it will be useless.
(3).All designs must be designed in original,No copy or imitation is allowed.If such things is found,competition qualification will be cancelled and competitor have to bear the relative law duty due to his action.
(4).Design can be presented in group but within 4 styles.
(5).Design mustbe based on the competition theme,standing out the characteristic of accessory that can express wide range to embrace all,reflecting the accessory fashion.Design can be chosen in one of the threeproducts:necktie,scarf and home textile or all of them.You must point out inyour design which kind it belongs to.
(6). Size for thelayout: The maximum size for the layout is 52cms x35cms.The designer can createdifferent designs according to different products,necktie,scarf or home textilewithin this scope.On the back of the layout,please stick or made by yourself apaper size in 15cms x9cms with the following information:name,gender,IDnumber,birth date and year,career,unit,address,PO code,telephone number,QQnumber,name of design and illustration. 大 赛 流 程
1.大赛面向全球征稿，有设计能力与独特创意的生产企业、专业院校、职高、创意设计室等设计人员、学生及设计爱好者均可参加，设计稿必须独立完成。
2.征稿时间：2016年6月15日至2016年10月10日（来稿一律不退，请自留底稿），免收报名费。
3.获奖作品的版权归主办单位所有。
4．Competition way
(A).Scope: Any person from all over the world ,desinger,student,or design lover from any enterprise,college.secondly school,creative design room who has the design creative ability can take part in under the condition he can finish the works by his own efforts.
(B).Time for contribution,From 2016.06.15 to 2016.10.10 ( Please keep your original copy since we will not return.) No fee for the contribution
(C).Copy right of the award-winning works belong to the sponsor
奖 项 设 置
特等奖1名，奖金20000元人民币（税后）
一等奖3名，奖金12000元人民币（税后）
二等奖3名，奖金8000元人民币（税后）
三等奖3名，奖金5000元人民币（税后）
优秀奖29名，奖金1000元人民币（税后）
并颁发由主办单位盖章的获奖证书。
7.way to present prize
